my house on Hillside.
I raised a family, participated
in all the things a person can, volunteered & served.
I know Mount Dora.
It’s my family’s home and
will be for generations.

Since I first worked in downtown Mount Dora in 1986, I’ve seen the changes development brings, and fought to preserve the
character of our town.
Remember a plan to build a multi-story parking garage that would have wiped out the Lawn Bowling facility? When I was on Council I fought to stop it, just like I worked during the Epic Theatre approval to make sure increased building height to 60’ would not be applied to downtown.
I ran in 2015 to get the city treescape protected.
In 2017 I laid out a plan to the Council for the city to purchase the groves on 11th for greenspace – with no public support to buy, that’s now The Cottages
